Candidate's Responsibilities

• Ensure the security of company IT infrastructure, including networks, systems, and cloud environments
• Monitor and maintain security controls to prevent unauthorized access
• Manage vulnerability detection, risk assessment, and mitigation processes
• Oversee implementation of security policies and best practices
• Conduct regular security audits and infrastructure reviews
• Manage user access rights across internal systems and tools
• Implement and maintain role-based access control (RBAC) policies
• Monitor access provisioning and de-provisioning processes
• Ensure timely revocation of access for terminated employees
• Maintain access logs and perform periodic access reviews
• Monitor systems for suspicious activities and potential security threats
• Investigate unusual employee behavior related to system access
• Detect insider risks and potential policy violations
• Analyze security alerts and escalate incidents when necessary
• Coordinate incident response and post-incident analysis
• Develop and enforce internal security policies and procedures
• Ensure compliance with security standards and regulatory requirements
• Support internal and external security audits
• Maintain security documentation and reporting
• Promote security awareness within the organization
• Work closely with IT, HR, Legal, and Compliance teams
• Support HR in access control during employee lifecycle events
• Assist Risk and Fraud teams with internal investigations
• Coordinate with external vendors and security providers

Candidate Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in IT Security / Information Security
• Strong understanding of infrastructure security principles
• Experience with access management and identity control systems
• Knowledge of network security, endpoint protection, and monitoring tools
• Experience investigating security incidents and suspicious activity
• Understanding of insider threat detection practices
• Familiarity with cloud security environments (AWS, GCP, Azure — a plus)
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• High level of integrity and confidentiality
• Good English (written and spoken)
