What you will do

• Monitor and enforce adherence to security policies, regulatory requirements, and industry standards across IT operations.
• Create and maintain program documentation, guidelines, and key metrics to track access management effectiveness.
• Manage and enhance privileged access management (PAM) and identity lifecycle processes.
• Conduct regular assessments and audits to ensure compliance with GDPR, SOX, and other frameworks.
• Collaborate with the Digital Office, IT Operations, and external partners to integrate access management best practices.
• Identify opportunities for process optimization and standardization to drive operational efficiency.

Requirements

• Education: Master’s degree in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, or a related technical field.
• Experience: 7+ years in Cybersecurity, with at least 3 years specifically in IAM, PAM, or Cloud Security.
• Strong understanding of access control models (RBAC, ABAC) and identity federation technologies (SAML, OAuth).
• Proven experience with privileged access administration and security auditing.
• Ability to work effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Proficiency in English.

Nice to have

• Professional certifications such as CISSP or CIAM.
• Experience with security frameworks like NIST, ISO 27001, GDPR, and SOX.
• Scripting knowledge for automation of security tasks.
• Experience with cloud-based identity and access management solutions.
