What you will do

• Design and build a centralized data platform to standardize practices across teams
• Manage the end-to-end data lifecycle from ingestion to consumption
• Maintain integrations across various data processing layers
• Implement complex data modeling and transformations using dbt
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align platform delivery with business needs
• Document system architectures and solutions to ensure long-term maintainability

Requirements

• Location: Must be based in Romania or Poland
• Advanced proficiency in Python or Java
• Expertise in SQL for complex query optimization and modularization
• Experience with cloud-native data platforms like Snowflake, BigQuery, or Amazon Redshift
• Proficiency in dbt for data modeling
• Hands-on experience with orchestration tools such as Airflow or Dagster

Nice to have

• Knowledge of GitOps and continuous delivery for data pipelines
• Experience with Infrastructure-as-Code using Terraform
