What you will do

• Lead and support migration of data platforms from Snowflake on AWS to Azure Databricks and DBT
• Design and implement scalable data pipelines and transformations for reliable data processing
• Develop and maintain infrastructure as code using Terraform for cloud data environments
• Troubleshoot and optimize cloud infrastructure, data pipelines, and integration processes
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into software solutions
• Mentor junior engineers and lead technical projects

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Computer Science, Data Engineering, or related field
• 5+ years of experience in data engineering with modern cloud data platforms
• Hands-on experience with Snowflake, Azure Databricks, DBT, and Terraform
• Experience leading cloud-to-cloud data migration projects
• Strong proficiency in SQL, data modeling, ETL/ELT pipeline development, and CI/CD
• Familiarity with data governance and streaming data technologies like Kafka
