What you will do

• Define and drive the design vision for a Smart TV and video broadcasting platform.
• Lead, mentor, and grow a team of product designers.
• Architect and own a scalable Design System built TV-first, extended to Web and Mobile.
• Partner with product and engineering to shape roadmaps and turn complex requirements into elegant solutions.
• Embed user research and insights into design decisions.
• Establish design operations: contribution workflows, review processes, and documentation.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in Product, UX, or UI Design.
• Proven experience designing Smart TV or large-screen interfaces.
• Experience leading or mentoring a design team.
• Strong expertise in building, scaling, and maintaining Design Systems.
• Experience working on sports, media, or broadcasting digital products.
• Advanced proficiency in Figma.
• Expected Working Hours: from 9 or 10 am Madrid time with a 1-hour break.
