Product Designer (Fintech)

What you will do

• Develop and maintain web interfaces, promotional materials, and landing pages.
• Design intuitive user flows and dashboards for internal product web interfaces.
• Manage and refactor existing design systems to ensure consistency.
• Ensure the brand look and feel is maintained across all digital touchpoints.
• Collaborate closely with product and marketing teams, explaining design decisions and incorporating feedback.

Requirements

• 2–4 years of professional experience in web or product design.
• Proficiency in Figma, including strong skills in components and Auto Layout.
• Deep understanding of design systems and experience in their maintenance.
• Strong visual design skills and ability to convey brand identity.
• Native Russian proficiency is required.
• English level: B1 minimum, sufficient for documentation and meetings.
• Ability to work at a fast pace within an international team structure.

Nice to have

• Basic motion design skills for UI animations and micro-interactions.
• Basic 3D modeling skills.
