Что делать

• Dive into the essence of the task together with the Product Owner, identify and formulate real business metrics and customer needs, translating them into clear design tasks with measurable success criteria.
• Conduct design research, analyze the market and analogues, build a Customer Journey Map to find growth points and form reasonable hypotheses for their solution together with the team.
• Create clean, accurate layouts, using and developing components of a large-scale design system.
• Participate in design reviews of your layouts and participate in reviews of colleagues' work, maintaining a high standard of quality in the team.
• Analyze metrics and feedback after the release, proposing and implementing further improvements.

Требования

• Cross-platform experience with a focus on mobile.
• Experience in a product team and understanding of the full cycle of digital product development.
• Knowledge of methods for designing user scenarios and interfaces.
• Advanced skills in Figma, ProtoPie (or analogues).
