What you will do
- Manage the full lifecycle of enterprise customer integrations from discovery and demos to final implementation.
- Act as the central point of contact, ensuring clear communication between enterprise customers and engineering teams.
- Triage and prioritize integration requests to maintain an actionable and high-impact product backlog.
- Develop and own the technical demo experience for integration capabilities.
- Synthesize customer feedback into structured product insights to drive the integration roadmap.
- Drive project timelines and mitigate risks to ensure integration deliverables are met on schedule.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in a customer-facing B2B SaaS role (e.g., Solutions Engineering, Technical Account Management, or Integration PM).
- Strong ability to manage multiple high-priority workstreams without sacrificing detail or quality.
- Solid understanding of technical concepts and API integrations to communicate effectively with engineers.
- Proven ability to present technical capabilities clearly to stakeholders, including VPs at enterprise companies.
- High tolerance for pressure and ambiguity with a proactive approach to solving problems.
