What you will do

• Collaborate with designers, PMs, and data scientists to develop and deploy LLM-based agents.
• Design prompts, evaluation frameworks, and agent tools for code generation and maintenance.
• Productionize and integrate AI systems with existing hirify.global products.
• Iterate on prototypes based on real-world user feedback.
• Expand system capabilities by integrating with IDE extensions and runtime instrumentation.
• Stay current with research in LLM prompting, agentic workflows, and code editing.

Requirements

• 5+ years of backend engineering experience (Go, Java, or Python).
• Proven experience shipping production software utilizing LLMs.
• Background in large-scale systems, machine learning, or adjacent fields.
• Experience building developer tools like static analysis tools, compilers, or IDE plugins.
• Ability to drive technical discussions toward pragmatic, high-quality solutions.
• Demonstrated workflow proficiency using AI coding assistants.
