What you will do

• Own and scale the GTM tech stack (Clay, Modjo, internal tools).
• Architect AI agents and enrichment pipelines to identify and qualify prospects at scale.
• Build signal-based workflows that trigger GTM actions from real-time product behavior.
• Partner with sales, revops and product teams to automate revenue workflows and build self-serve GTM infrastructure for feature-led targeting and tracking.
• Structure data for AI discovery (GEO) to ensure visibility across emerging LLM surfaces.
• Evaluate and implement new technologies to expand automation coverage and leverage.

Requirements

• Strong builder mindset with a high bias for action and a first-principles mindset.
• Obsessed with automation and eliminating manual work.
• Fluent in the modern GTM stack like Clay.
• Comfortable with the modern Data stack including DBT and BigQuery.
• Hands-on experience orchestrating LLM APIs or AI agents.
• Thrives in fast-changing environments and enjoys being measured on impact.
• Fluency in English.
• Advanced degree in Computer Science or a related technical field.
