What you will do

• Define and maintain performance metrics to quantify the quality of autonomous driving hardware and behavior.
• Design, execute, and interpret complex experiments using robust statistical methodologies.
• Collaborate with data engineers to build and productionize automated analysis pipelines.
• Lead and mentor a team of analysts, contributing to hiring and establishing technical direction.
• Translate complex data insights into clear, actionable recommendations for technology leadership.

Requirements

• Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
• 4+ years of experience in analytics for large-scale or complex technology products.
• Strong background in statistical reasoning and methods for evaluating uncertainty.
• Proficiency in Python and SQL to ship end-to-end analyses and pipelines.
• Proven technical leadership, mentoring, and hiring experience.

Nice to have

• Formal training in statistics (MS or PhD in Statistics, Applied Statistics, Econometrics, etc.).
• Familiarity with the modern data stack and data engineering practices.
• Previous experience in autonomous systems or highly complex technology domains.
