What you will do

• Lead the delivery of AI and data science projects while managing a team of 4–5 professionals.
• Design and implement AI solutions using prompt engineering, agentic architectures, RAG, and computer vision.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business needs into scalable technical solutions.
• Oversee project architecture, validation, deployment, and CI/CD management.
• Mentor team members to foster growth and knowledge sharing.
• Communicate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Requirements

• 8–10 years of professional experience in Data Science, including 2–3 years in a leadership capacity.
• Strong expertise in AI, including prompt engineering, agentic architectures, RAG, and computer vision.
• Proven experience in predictive modeling, deep learning, optimization, and solution architecture.
• Hands-on programming proficiency in Python and SQL.
• Demonstrated leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent problem-solving and business communication abilities.

Nice to have

• Domain knowledge in civil, structural, mechanical, or industrial engineering.
• Experience with Azure cloud infrastructure.
• Familiarity with software deployment, quality assurance, and release cycle management.
