What you will do

• Define and own comprehensive test strategies, planning, and execution across multiple concurrent workstreams.
• Establish and maintain quality standards aligned with organizational needs and business risk.
• Manage quality systems, including test plans, suites, and regression packs in Azure DevOps.
• Analyze testing data and metrics to report progress and identify areas for process improvement.
• Collaborate with developers, business analysts, and stakeholders to embed quality throughout the delivery lifecycle.
• Ensure test coverage reflects operational risk and regulatory requirements.

Requirements

• Must have the right to work in the United Kingdom
• Extensive experience in manual testing, test pack creation, and defect management.
• Proven track record leading QA across multiple concurrent projects or workstreams.
• Strong experience using Azure DevOps for test management, dashboarding, and reporting.
• Deep understanding of SDLC and experience working within embedded delivery teams.
• Solid analytical skills for diagnosing root causes in complex enterprise systems like ERP or trading platforms.
