TL;DR

Technical Support Analyst (Software): Delivering exceptional client support for a global SaaS platform with an accent on technical troubleshooting and resolving post-sale inquiries. Focus on managing client interactions through ticketing systems, maintaining service standards, and collaborating across departments to ensure high-quality resolution.

Location: Must be based in Vilnius, Lithuania (Hybrid role). Working hours: 16:00 to 01:00 (EEST) to support US clients.

Salary: €1,770–€1,900 gross per month + night hours bonus

What you will do

  • Serve as the first point of contact for all post-sale client interactions via tickets and email.
  • Manage the community portal to engage clients and resolve their requests.
  • Analyze and solve semi-complex technical and functional problems with minimal supervision.
  • Handle standard requests including billing, ROI reporting, moderation guidelines, and best practices.
  • Maintain client loyalty by consistently exceeding expectations.
  • Develop documentation, standards, and guidelines to improve team scalability.

Requirements

  • Fluent in English (Advanced business level).
  • Strong communication skills gained from direct experience in a B2B or B2C customer-facing role.
  • Ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks in a dynamic environment.
  • Genuine passion for providing exceptional customer service.
  • Willingness to learn and grow within a technical support environment.
  • Ability to work 16:00 to 01:00, Monday–Friday.
