What you will do
- Lead and mentor a team of proactive Customer Success Managers focused on higher-tier accounts.
- Establish quarterly OKRs and define advanced performance metrics to track team impact.
- Implement and refine policies and procedures to elevate the overall quality of the customer experience.
- Drive organizational change by embedding a customer-centric mindset across all functional strategy layers.
- Act as a key liaison between the customer success department and other internal cross-functional units.
- Foster a culture of trust, accountability, and result-oriented growth within your teams.
Requirements
- 3+ years of proven experience in building and scaling customer success teams within a SaaS business.
- Deep understanding of modern customer success best practices, processes, and tools.
- Proven ability to interpret data and leverage insights to make informed, strategic decisions.
- Demonstrated experience leading or managing hybrid or fully remote teams.
- Reputation for driving a culture of accountability, ownership, and measurable results.
- Fluent in English.
