TL;DR

Senior Technical Customer Support Specialist (Customer Support): Providing comprehensive technical assistance throughout the IP management lifecycle with an accent on reputation management, cybersecurity, and process improvement. Focus on evaluating customer needs, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and building robust internal and external knowledge bases.

Location: Must be based in Lithuania (Vilnius or Kaunas) and able to work on a hybrid model (2 days/week in office).

Salary: 13.77 – 17.93 EUR/hour

What you will do

  • Assist customers across the entire IP management lifecycle.
  • Evaluate potential and existing customers according to internal guidelines and industry best practices.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver effective solutions for partners and clients.
  • Develop and maintain internal and external knowledge bases.
  • Participate in process improvement initiatives to enhance the overall customer experience.

Requirements

  • English proficiency: C1 level required.
  • Customer service experience within a technology company.
  • Understanding of IP reputation management and cybersecurity principles.
  • Ability to work in shifts (08:00–17:00 or 13:00–22:00) and weekends (every third weekend).
  • Strong analytical mindset and organizational skills.
  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
