What you will do
- Assist customers across the entire IP management lifecycle.
- Evaluate potential and existing customers according to internal guidelines and industry best practices.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver effective solutions for partners and clients.
- Develop and maintain internal and external knowledge bases.
- Participate in process improvement initiatives to enhance the overall customer experience.
Requirements
- English proficiency: C1 level required.
- Customer service experience within a technology company.
- Understanding of IP reputation management and cybersecurity principles.
- Ability to work in shifts (08:00–17:00 or 13:00–22:00) and weekends (every third weekend).
- Strong analytical mindset and organizational skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
