What you will do

• Collaborate with users, designers, and data scientists to build LLM-based agents.
• Develop prompts, evaluation frameworks, and agent tools for code interaction.
• Productionize and integrate AI systems into hirify.global products.
• Prototype, iterate, and ship new AI-powered features based on user feedback.
• Integrate with IDE extensions to build productivity assistants.

Requirements

• 5+ years of professional backend experience in Go, Java, or Python.
• Experience shipping LLM-based software to production environments.
• Solid understanding of large-scale systems, machine learning, and data sets.
• Experience building developer tools like IDE plugins, static analysis, or compilers.
• Proven ability to validate and refine AI-generated outputs.
