What you will do

• Collaborate with users, designers, and data scientists to build LLM-based agents.
• Develop prompts, evaluation frameworks, and agent tools for code generation and analysis.
• Engineer and productionize AI systems for integration into core products.
• Prototype, iterate, and ship features that enhance developer productivity.
• Keep up-to-date with the latest research in LLM prompting and code editing.
• Integrate AI capabilities into IDE extensions and instrumentation tools.

Requirements

• 5+ years of professional backend engineering experience (Go, Java, or Python).
• Proven experience shipping LLM-based software to production.
• Relevant background in Large Language Models, large-scale systems, or machine learning.
• Experience building developer tools like IDE extensions, static analysis, or compilers.
• Ability to drive technical strategy and collaborate across teams.
• Must be able to work in a hybrid environment in Paris.
