Salary: $243,865 – $286,900 USD

What you will do

• Lead and mentor a team of threat intelligence engineers focused on disrupting adversary operations.
• Define and implement organizational strategies for the Threat Intelligence and Threat Research departments.
• Establish technical workflows for intelligence collection, processing, and actionable dissemination.
• Partner cross-functionally with Security Operations and IT teams to identify intelligence requirements and improve defensive posture.
• Leverage AI tools to enhance intelligence gathering, trend analysis, and proactive threat disruption.
• Represent hirify.global in industry-sharing communities like FS-ISAC, Crypto ISAC, and SEAL ISAC.

Requirements

• Experience in designing and operating highly disruptive Threat Intelligence services.
• Deep understanding of the threat intelligence lifecycle and investigations.
• Proven leadership experience managing highly technical teams and fostering professional growth.
• Expertise in the FinTech or Crypto threat landscape, including Web 2.0 and Web 3.0 technologies.
• Ability to leverage AI agents and tools for threat analysis and workflow automation.
• Excellent communication skills for delivering executive-level briefs and assessments.
