Salary: $144,500 – $170,000 USD

What you will do

• Expand data loss prevention (DLP) capabilities to protect the ecosystem from sophisticated threats.
• Implement and maintain complex security controls across a decentralized technical environment.
• Deploy automated data protection tools using LLMs and agentic AI to maximize operational efficiency.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with privacy, engineering, and compliance teams to remediate risks.
• Produce quantitative and qualitative metrics to report on programmatic security impact.
• Measure control effectiveness and address evolving global laws and regulatory requirements.

Requirements

• Experience in security engineering with a focus on data protection.
• Proven ability to solve operational security issues through engineering and automation.
• Technical proficiency in implementing DLP controls across multiple OS stacks (iOS/Chrome).
• Experience with Insider Threat technologies such as SIEM, UBA, and DLP.
• Ability to demonstrate responsible use of generative AI tools in daily workflows.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with experience briefing leadership.

Nice to have

• 3+ years of security engineering experience in enterprise-wide DLP programs.
• Professional background in Web3, crypto-forward organizations, or traditional finance.
