What you will do

  • Own the end-to-end process for completing customer security questionnaires and assurance requests.
  • Respond to technical inquiries regarding infrastructure, physical security, IAM, encryption, and audit certifications.
  • Develop structured content libraries, reusable evidence packages, and automated assurance workflows.
  • Leverage AI-assisted tools to streamline document analysis and response drafting.
  • Maintain a centralized repository of security documentation, including architecture diagrams and control narratives.
  • Establish and manage internal SLAs for response time and quality while identifying recurring assurance gaps.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in customer trust, security assurance, GRC, or security architecture.
  • Strong familiarity with ISO 27001, SOC 2, and NIST CSF frameworks.
  • Solid understanding of modern cloud infrastructure, physical security, IAM, and incident response controls.
  • Proven track record of improving operational efficiency in high-volume, detail-oriented environments.
  • Excellent written communication skills with the ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear documentation.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work effectively under deadlines.

Nice to have

  • Experience building automation or structured knowledge workflows for assurance programs.
  • Familiarity with trust and questionnaire platforms like SafeBase, HyperComply, or Vanta.
  • Background in cloud infrastructure, AI platforms, or enterprise technology environments.
