What you will do

• Establish and lead a global security risk management framework aligned with NIST CSF.
• Oversee compliance certifications including ISO 27001, SOC 2, NIS2, and Cyber Essentials Plus.
• Own the security component of enterprise sales, including RFPs, questionnaires, and customer due diligence.
• Develop and operationalize security policies, metrics, and board-level reporting.
• Partner with Legal, Product, and Engineering to mature data governance and privacy frameworks.
• Build and lead a high-performing global GRC and assurance team.

Requirements

• 15+ years of experience in security risk management, compliance, or governance leadership.
• Extensive experience leading global compliance programs within cloud, infrastructure, or SaaS environments.
• Deep technical familiarity with NIST CSF, ISO 27001, SOC 2, and NIS2.
• Proven track record of supporting enterprise sales cycles and navigating security due diligence.
• Ability to present complex security risk postures to executive leadership and boards.

Nice to have

• Professional certifications such as CISSP, CISM, CRISC, or ISO Lead Auditor.
• Experience working specifically within AI, GPU, or critical infrastructure sectors.
• Background in operating across North America, EMEA, and APAC regions.
