What you will do
- Serve as the primary business partner and strategic advisor to the Theater leader.
- Build, manage, and develop a high-performance operations team.
- Lead territory planning, quota setting, and goaling processes for the region.
- Analyze business data to prepare metrics and KPIs for management reviews.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to improve operational processes and partner user experience.
- Oversee onboarding, knowledge transfer, and process documentation for the team.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree.
- 10 years of people management experience.
- 10 years of field sales or channel/partner operations experience.
- Expertise in Excel, PowerPoint, Salesforce, and PowerBI.
- Proven ability to manage territory models and goaling processes.
- Strong interpersonal skills to work across organizational boundaries.
