What you will do

• Design, develop, and maintain ETL/ELT pipelines for financial and trading data.
• Work with ClickHouse, Snowflake, PostgreSQL, Kafka to store, query, and manage data efficiently.
• Collaborate with quantitative analysts, risk managers, and financial teams to deliver clean, structured datasets ready for modeling and analytics.
• Develop and maintain financial data dashboards, APIs, and automated reporting tools.
• Implement best practices for data quality, governance, and lineage, ensuring reliability of production data.
• Optimize database performance, monitor pipeline health, and provide troubleshooting support in production.

Requirements

• Degree in a STEM field (Computer Science, Mathematics, Engineering, Physics, etc.).
• Strong Python development skills (pandas, NumPy, etc.).
• Strong SQL knowledge.
• Experience with Git, CI/CD, Docker.
• Hands-on experience with at least one cloud platform (AWS, GCP, Azure).
• Solid understanding of financial data structures (trades, positions, market data).

Nice to have

• Experience working in a financial markets environment (brokerage, hedge fund, trading desk).
• Exposure to Quant workflows (risk models, backtesting, alpha research).
• DevOps skills (Kubernetes, Terraform, Airflow, etc.).
• Experience with real-time data streams (Kafka, Redis, etc.).
• Experience handling large volumes of transactions or time-series data.
• Familiarity with CFD brokerage infrastructure (MT4/MT5, liquidity bridges, trade reporting exports).
