What you will do
- Provide technical support in digital design implementation and signoff including synthesis, place and route, design closure, and timing/power signoff
- Guide customers on utilizing hirify.global technologies to meet design goals and schedules
- Conduct technical presentations, product demonstrations, and drive technical evaluations
- Collaborate with R&D to enhance tools and methodologies
- Automate flows using Tcl, Perl, and shell scripting to improve results
- Mentor junior engineers and capture best practices for continuous improvement
Requirements
- Location: Must be based in San Jose, United States
- BS, MS, or PhD in Electrical Engineering with 12-15 years industry experience in design and EDA (Digital Implementation/Signoff)
- Strong hands-on experience with Place & Route tools (Innovus, ICC2, Fusion Compiler) and synthesis tools (Genus, RTL Compiler, Design Compiler)
- Experience with STA tools, SDC debugging, and low power analysis; 7/5nm technology node experience is a plus
- Automation skills using Perl, Tcl, and shell scripting essential
- Excellent customer interaction and presentation skills
