What you will do

• Provide technical support in backend digital design implementation and signoff including place and route, design closure, and timing/power signoff.
• Guide customers to utilize hirify.global technologies to meet design goals and schedules.
• Conduct technical presentations, product demonstrations, and drive technical evaluations and benchmarks.
• Collaborate with R&D to enhance tools and methodologies based on customer requirements.
• Drive adoption and proliferation of hirify.global tools and technologies.
• Provide scripting guidance to improve flows and capture best practices for efficiency.

Requirements

• Location: Cary, United States
• Minimum 10+ years of industry physical design experience
• BS degree in Computer Science/Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related field.
• Strong knowledge of digital design fundamentals, semiconductor fundamentals, and static timing analysis.
• Experience with IC digital implementation flows and backend EDA tools including place and route, IR drop, timing and power closure.
• Proficiency in scripting languages such as Tcl, Perl, or Python.
• Strong customer-facing communication and problem-solving skills.

Nice to have

• MS degree in related fields.
• Experience with front-end EDA tools including synthesis, DFT, and logical equivalence checking.
• Experience with hirify.global tools such as Genus, Innovus, Conformal, Tempus, Modus, Voltus, ICC, ICC2, DC, or Primetime.
• Experience with advanced nodes 5nm and below.
