Location: Must be based in Brooklyn, NY

What you will do

  • Interpret client briefs to define project objectives and success metrics.
  • Conduct qualitative and quantitative research to identify key cultural and audience insights.
  • Develop actionable, integrated channel plans across paid, earned, owned, and partner channels.
  • Collaborate with creative strategists to transform concepts into clear, cohesive creative briefs.
  • Oversee campaign execution by coordinating between internal specialists and external agency partners.
  • Manage internal project timelines, team meetings, and strategic documentation.

Requirements

  • Must be based in NY
  • 3-5 years of experience in developing and executing 360-degree marketing plans.
  • Proficiency in coordinating work across paid, earned, owned, and partner channels.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks under tight deadlines.
  • Excellent communication skills with experience presenting to internal and external stakeholders.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced agency or integrated marketing environment.

Nice to have

  • Prior experience or knowledge of the sports, music, or entertainment industries.
  • Background in agency-side marketing or brand planning.
