What you will do

• Lead decision-making in solution architecture, development, and code reviews
• Design and implement scalable backend components for cloud-based microservices
• Develop and execute comprehensive testing strategies (unit, integration, functional)
• Drive distributed cross-functional teams and manage project-level technical risks
• Support project team composition, conduct interviews, and facilitate onboarding
• Collaborate with stakeholders to deliver product roadmaps and process improvements

Requirements

• 5-7+ years of experience in software development
• Fluent English required
• Expertise in C# and .NET Core, ASP.NET, and REST API development
• Strong background in database theory, architecture design, and distributed systems
• Hands-on experience with cloud platforms, specifically AWS
• Proficiency in CI/CD, containerization (Docker), and Infrastructure as Code (Terraform)

Nice to have

• Team leadership experience in medium to large-scale projects
• Certifications in Microsoft, AWS, or Agile/SAFe methodologies
• Knowledge of message brokers like RabbitMQ or Kafka
• Experience with NoSQL databases and event-driven architectures
