Location: Remote or hybrid in Albania, Poland, Romania, Ukraine, or Uzbekistan

What you will do

Lead the complete development lifecycle for new features from design to deployment.
Design and implement scalable microservices architecture on Azure.
Manage cloud infrastructure using automation and Infrastructure as Code tools.
Ensure service performance meets SLA requirements through proactive monitoring.
Mentor engineers and promote best practices in software architecture and clean coding.
Advocate for and implement AI-driven development tools.

Requirements

Minimum 7–8+ years of professional experience with .NET Core and C#.
Minimum 2–3+ years in principal, architect, or senior leadership roles.
Expert knowledge of microservices architecture and RESTful API design.
Strong expertise in SQL Server, NoSQL databases, and cloud platforms like Azure.
Experience with containerization tools like Docker and Kubernetes.
Proficiency in CI/CD pipeline setup and infrastructure automation using Terraform.

Nice to have

Experience with payroll or HR SaaS domain solutions.
Deep understanding of AI-assisted development tools beyond code generation.
History of contributions to open-source .NET projects.
