What you will do

• Own and evolve the full technical architecture across game clients (Unity), backend systems, and internal tools.
• Actively contribute to the codebase and core systems development.
• Build, lead, and mentor a high-performing development team.
• Drive adoption of AI-assisted development workflows.
• Ensure timely and high-quality delivery of features, experiments, and technical initiatives.

Requirements

• 8+ years of software engineering experience, including leadership roles.
• Proven experience leading engineering teams in mobile gaming or mobile product environments.
• Strong expertise in Unity (C#) and mobile game architecture.
• Solid understanding of scalable backend systems, performance optimization, and client-server architecture.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, and release processes.
• Strong leadership and mentoring skills with experience building high-performing teams.

Nice to have

• Experience with mobile game monetization systems (ads, IAP).
• Background in building lean, high-velocity teams.
• Familiarity with tools like Firebase, GameAnalytics, Amplitude.
