What you will do

• Define and evolve the technical architecture for scalable mobile game development.
• Remain a hands-on contributor, implementing complex gameplay systems using Unity and C#.
• Design systems to support rapid iteration, live operations, and continuous content updates.
• Mentor engineers through code reviews, technical guidance, and the establishment of best practices.
• Collaborate with product, design, and art leadership to translate goals into practical technical solutions.
• Ensure high performance, stability, and scalability across diverse mobile devices.

Requirements

• 7+ years of professional game development or Unity engineering experience.
• 5+ years of experience using Unity and C#.
• Proven experience shipping mobile free-to-play games with live-service updates.
• Strong proficiency in English is required for global team collaboration.
• Strong background in game architecture and designing scalable systems.
• Expertise in version control systems like Git.

• Experience managing or mentoring engineering teams.
• Background in building live-service pipelines and cloud infrastructure integration.
