What you will do
- Launch and develop influencer marketing from scratch.
- Build a full cycle of work with creators, including research, outreach, negotiation, and content creation.
- Launch and manage influencer campaigns, focusing on the Tier-1 market (primarily the USA).
- Analyze the effectiveness of campaigns and content to optimize the strategy.
- Build long-term partnerships with creators and develop new opportunities for cooperation.
- Research market trends in social networks to find new formats and growth opportunities.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience working with influencers in a B2C product or brand.
- Understanding of various influencer channels (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, etc.).
- Excellent written and spoken English communication skills for international creator communication.
- Experience in influencer search and selection.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple partnerships simultaneously.
- Performance-oriented with the ability to work with marketing metrics (CPA, CR, ROI).
- Experience in negotiating and agreeing on terms of cooperation with influencers, including contract preparation.
Nice to have
- Experience with influencer management and analytics tools.
- Experience with tracking platforms (preferably Keitaro).
- Experience with Tier-1 markets (primarily the USA).
