AI Experience & Design Technology Lead (AI/Fintech): Experimenting and rolling out novel customer-facing AI experiences and building an AI design stack for generative prototyping in retail banking with an accent on trustworthy and behaviorally sound interactions. What you will do

• Define principles for human-AI interaction in retail banking and shape AI's role as an assistant, co-pilot, or advisor.
• Lead structured AI exploration sprints from concept and prototype to validation.
• Develop AI interaction patterns and propose extensions for the corporate design system.
• Curate and operationalize AI design tools and generative prototyping workflows.
• Establish responsible AI design workflows and governance to increase design team productivity.
• Co-define AI opportunity spaces in collaboration with Product and Data/ML teams.

Requirements

• Must provide a designer portfolio in the application.
• 5+ years of design leadership experience shaping digital products at scale.
• Expertise in human-AI experience design, focusing on transparency and explainability.
• Proven track record of leading cross-functional teams across Design, Product, Data Science, and Engineering.
• Deep understanding of interaction design and AI-driven customer journeys.
• Fluent English is required.
