What you will do

• Define MVP, establish release plans, and prepare a backlog of features and user stories.
• Collaborate with product managers and technology stakeholders to refine product requirements and functionality.
• Prioritize and estimate the backlog, review and accept user stories, and drive UAT activities with teams.
• Communicate product strategy to the delivery team and update leadership on schedules, dependencies, and issues.
• Aim for incremental delivery, collaborate on new and existing features, and ensure best practices in product health monitoring.
• Align feature prioritization within the product roadmap and work with scrum masters to ensure high-value delivery.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a business related field and 5+ years of experience in product management or 10+ years equivalent work experience.
• Strong communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skills with a focus on teamwork; including the ability to foster/manage relationships across multiple departments and affiliates across in demographics / work environments.
• Ability to effectively engage with and manage expectations of stakeholders, including customers, business stakeholders, vendors, and the development team.
• Expertise working in an Agile environment with a strong understanding of the various processes in the SDLC.
• Effective prioritization and swift decision-making skills to align product development with business objectives and user needs, ensuring successful project completion.
• Strong time management, organization, and multi-tasking skills to effectively handle projects in a fast-paced, high volume, and deadline intensive environment.
