What you will do

• Define and document the end-to-end workflow for vehicle production.
• Integrate with real-world vehicle manufacturers to ensure digital representations meet licensing and branding requirements without sacrificing game performance.
• Provide high-level direction, detailed feedback, and quality control to the global team and network of external partners.
• Navigate the trade-offs between visual fidelity, production budgets, and technical constraints to deliver on time and quality.
• Create and maintain documentation that empowers artists to work autonomously while maintaining a unified visual language.

Requirements

• 15+ Years of Experience in high-end vehicle, cosmetic assets, or hard-surface pipelines for AAA titles or long-running live services.
• Experience running large-scale external pipelines, including vendor selection, asset briefing, and the management of high-volume delivery schedules.
• A strong working knowledge of Shotgrid, Confluence, Jira, and other product management tools.
• Demonstrated experience working with real-world brands to bring licensed assets to life under rigorous scrutiny.
• An expert understanding of PBR workflows, CAD-to-Game-Engine pipelines, and the optimization required for cross-platform play.
• The ability to distill complex technical requirements into plain-language briefs that can be understood by artists across different cultures and time zones.
• Must have a low ego and thrive on helping others succeed, whether they are sitting at the desk next to you or working at a partner studio halfway across the world.
