What you will do

• Design and build AI-driven automation solutions to enhance internal business processes.
• Rapidly prototype and implement workflows using LLMs, RAG, and AI-assisted coding tools.
• Architect systems within the Microsoft ecosystem, specifically Microsoft Fabric, Power Platform, and M365.
• Connect platforms and applications through API integrations and automation pipelines.
• Develop and maintain modern web-based interfaces and dashboards for automated systems.
• Collaborate with leadership to define and execute the company's AI services strategy.

Requirements

• Proven experience in building software, automation systems, or technical solutions.
• Hands-on experience integrating LLMs and AI-assisted development tools into production workflows.
• Strong background in API design, system integration, and working with structured data formats.
• Ability to translate complex business problems into reliable and secure technical architectures.
• Proficiency in designing automation pipelines and managing data flows.
• Must be able to work independently as an independent contractor with own equipment.

Nice to have

• Expertise in Microsoft Fabric (lakehouses, pipelines, models).
• Experience with Power Apps, Power Automate, and Dataverse.
• Proficiency in Python or JavaScript for automation scripting.
• Experience with Azure AI services and LLM orchestration.
