Salary: $28.00–$30.00 per hour

What you will do

• Organize and facilitate access to brand assets and marketing toolkits for global and regional teams.
• Support development and rollout of new marketing program identities and strategic toolkits.
• Design and manage scalable Canva templates to ensure consistent brand storytelling.
• Collaborate across marketing, brand, and web functions to improve processes and create compelling visuals and presentations.
• Conduct research on competitors, industry trends, and customer insights to identify brand growth opportunities.
• Present project updates and creative recommendations in virtual meetings and take initiative on assignments.

Requirements

• Location: On-site in San Jose, California, USA with hybrid work model.
• Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s Degree program, entering Junior or Senior year.
• Strong communication skills and comfortable presenting in virtual meetings.
• Experience or eagerness to learn Canva, Google Workspace, and Adobe Creative Suite.
• Ability to organize, manage details, and work independently or lead assignments.
• Collaborative mindset with an eye for design and quality asset creation.
