Segment Marketing Intern

TL;DR

Segment Marketing Intern (Marketing): Providing hands‑on executional support across key marketing initiatives for priority audiences. Focus on virtual and in‑person event logistics, email marketing execution, and project coordination across multiple workstreams.

Location: Must be based in the United States. This is not a digital nomad or remote international position.

Salary: $25.00/hour - $50.00/hour for NYC-based applicants.

What you will do

• Update and maintain SharePoint libraries, including presentations, toolkits, and marketing assets.
• Create and format presentations in PowerPoint.
• Draft content for emails, webpages, audience-specific toolkits, and other sales collateral.
• Assist with virtual and in‑person event logistics.
• Support email marketing execution.
• Support project coordination across multiple workstreams.
• Track and organize client and member profiles for external marketing use.

Requirements

• Undergraduate majoring in marketing, communications, business, or a related field.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Microsoft Office Suite (PowerPoint, Excel, Word) skills and familiarity with project management systems.
• Demonstrated ability to be adaptive and inquisitive; natural problem solver.
• Comfortable collaborating with stakeholders at varying levels of an organization.
• Organized, self-starter who is eager to gain real-world experience in a fast-paced environment.
• Must be authorized to work in United States without the need for sponsorship, now or in the future.
