Location: Must be based in Kraków, Poland (Hybrid: 3 days in office).

What you will do

  • Lead and coordinate a team of specialists including Alloy configuration experts, KYC SMEs, and vendor relationship managers.
  • Manage relationships with global identity verification and onboarding solution providers to ensure high service performance.
  • Drive vendor onboarding and system configuration projects, including implementation of the Alloy platform.
  • Optimize the client journey through process enhancements and automated Straight-Through Processing (STP) initiatives.
  • Identify process gaps, conduct performance analysis, and manage operational risk events.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for global business owners and local stakeholders.

Requirements

  • Proven people management experience, specifically leading senior specialists and individual contributors.
  • Strong background in KYC, client onboarding, or identity verification infrastructure.
  • Familiarity with Alloy or similar identity verification platforms.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication abilities.
  • Proactive problem-solving approach with a commitment to automation and process improvement.
  • Interest in applying AI-driven solutions to onboarding challenges.
