What you will do
- Lead and coordinate a team of specialists including Alloy configuration experts, KYC SMEs, and vendor relationship managers.
- Manage relationships with global identity verification and onboarding solution providers to ensure high service performance.
- Drive vendor onboarding and system configuration projects, including implementation of the Alloy platform.
- Optimize the client journey through process enhancements and automated Straight-Through Processing (STP) initiatives.
- Identify process gaps, conduct performance analysis, and manage operational risk events.
- Act as the primary point of contact for global business owners and local stakeholders.
Requirements
- Proven people management experience, specifically leading senior specialists and individual contributors.
- Strong background in KYC, client onboarding, or identity verification infrastructure.
- Familiarity with Alloy or similar identity verification platforms.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication abilities.
- Proactive problem-solving approach with a commitment to automation and process improvement.
- Interest in applying AI-driven solutions to onboarding challenges.
