Location: This position will be located in Wroclaw, Poland and offers the opportunity for a hybrid work environment at least 3 days a week in-office, subject to change, providing flexibility and accessibility for qualified candidates.

Salary: zł117,000 - zł228,000

What you will do

• Participate in project and program teams from initial design through delivery, ensuring products are fully developed and ready for customer use.
• Analyze regulatory updates and address issues during design and planning.
• Provide timely and accurate status updates and insights to functional leaders.
• Collaborate with engineers, QA teams, and senior product leads to define product requirements and specifications.
• Engage with customers to identify needs, propose solutions, and recognize new market opportunities driven by evolving regulatory landscapes.

Requirements

• Degree qualified in Computer Science, Business/Finance or related field, or equivalent work experience.
• Proven experience in technology or financial services.
• Knowledge interpretation of financial regulation documents.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of the AxiomSL product would be considered a huge plus.
