Location: Must be based in Ukraine, Romania, or Poland (Remote or in-office). Flexibility required for a Sunday–Thursday workweek during the initial 3–4 months.

What you will do

• Contribute to platform selection and capability assessment for large financial institutions.
• Analyze and map complex functional requirements across multiple banking solutions.
• Prepare key project documentation including BRDs, FSDs, and gap analysis reports.
• Facilitate discovery sessions, requirements workshops, and vendor demonstrations.
• Collaborate with stakeholders and architects to define end-to-end banking processes.
• Provide expert advisory support based on financial services best practices.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience as a Product Owner or Business Analyst in banking or financial services.
• Fluent English is mandatory for cross-functional international communication.
• Expertise in core banking domains such as lending, payments, deposits, and customer lifecycle management.
• Proven track record in core banking transformation or system implementation initiatives.
• Proficiency in platform evaluation and vendor capability assessment (e.g., Temenos, Finastra, Avaloq).
• Ability to operate on a Sunday–Thursday schedule during the initial project phase.

• Experience in Corporate and Investment Banking operations.
