Senior Backend Developer (Java) (Blockchain and Fintech): Building high-availability, high-throughput, low-latency backend services for a digital-asset ecosystem with an accent on Java application development, event processing, system integration, and cloud-native deployment. Focus on performance tuning, troubleshooting incidents, designing scalable services, and integrating AI coding agents into production workflows.

What you will do
- Translate business requirements into reliable backend services with solid code and meaningful tests.
- Develop and maintain high-quality Java and/or Python applications across the full lifecycle.
- Tune system performance and troubleshoot production incidents.
- Design and integrate high-availability, high-throughput, and low-latency services.
- Create technical documentation and advocate for engineering best practices.
- Collaborate with engineering teams and mentor junior developers.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience developing Java and/or Python applications across the full lifecycle.
- Strong understanding of software design, architecture, and system integration.
- Knowledge of event processing, multithreading, enterprise integration patterns, and REST/web services.
- Hands-on experience with Spring, Spring Boot, MyBatis, MySQL, Redis, Kafka, and cloud-native deployment.
- Experience building high-availability, high-throughput, and low-latency systems.
- Practical production experience with AI coding agents such as Claude Code, Cursor, or Copilot; fluency in English is required for coordination with overseas stakeholders.
