Requirements

-Minimum 1 year of experience in retention / sales / account management

-Strong communication and negotiation skills

-Results-driven mindset

-Ability to work on-site in Tbilisi

-Experience in financial market or online services is a plus

-Fluency in English or German (additional languages are a plus)
