Location: Must be based in Poland (Hybrid role requiring 2-3 days per week in Gdansk, Gdynia, or Warszawa)

Salary: 800–1150 PLN/day (B2B)

What you will do

• Analyze detection models and data requirements for trade and order surveillance.
• Perform tuning and calibration of surveillance models to improve market abuse detection.
• Collaborate with technology teams to clarify requirements and support incident investigations.
• Drive and participate in internal calibration reviews.
• Ensure effective communication within international project teams.

Requirements

• Proven knowledge of detection models and data requirements in market abuse surveillance.
• Experience in tuning and calibration of trade and order surveillance models.
• Strong ability to analyze and document complex business and technical requirements.
• Practical experience collaborating with technology and development teams.
• English proficiency required for daily international communication.
• Must be available for hybrid work from Gdansk, Gdynia, or Warszawa.
