Location: Must be based in Spain, Bulgaria, or the Czech Republic (Hybrid or Remote).

What you will do

  • Solve customer inquiries via telephone, email, and live chat channels.
  • Apply advanced troubleshooting techniques to identify and resolve root causes of Kubernetes-related issues.
  • Collaborate with development teams to address product defects and align on technical goals.
  • Create and maintain technical content for the knowledge base.
  • Develop and refine support tooling to improve efficiency for colleagues and customers.

Requirements

  • Must be located in Spain, Bulgaria, or the Czech Republic.
  • Demonstrable experience working with Kubernetes in Linux or Windows environments.
  • Hands-on troubleshooting experience in a technical support or equivalent engineering role.
  • Strong proficiency in Linux systems, scripting, and debugging.
  • Working knowledge of Terraform, Ansible, and Git.
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills for technical documentation and customer interaction.

Nice to have

  • Experience with managed Kubernetes services like EKS, AKS, or GKE.
  • Familiarity with container management platforms such as Rancher, OpenShift, or Tanzu.
  • Previous experience with ticketing systems like Salesforce or Jira.
