What you will do

• Design and develop automated test suites to ensure system reliability and confidence in product updates.
• Collaborate within a Scrum team to define requirements and improve the overall software delivery process.
• Conduct deep root cause analysis of system issues and provide actionable feedback to engineering teams.
• Implement and maintain test automation frameworks using best practices for maintainability and reusability.
• Promote a quality-first mindset through active coaching and cross-functional collaboration.
• Enhance testing effectiveness to support continuous deployment and high-quality software delivery.

Requirements

• Proven experience in QA engineering with a focus on backend and API testing.
• Proficiency in at least one Object-Oriented Programming language, preferably C#.
• Practical experience with non-functional testing tools like K6 or JMeter.
• Strong understanding of software testing processes, techniques, and Agile methodologies.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills for cross-functional collaboration.

Nice to have

• Experience working with event-based microservice architectures.
• Familiarity with CI/CD tools such as Github Actions or TeamCity.
• Technical knowledge of Docker, Kubernetes, and AWS.
• Previous experience in the iGaming industry.
• Professional Scrum Master (PSM I) certification.
