TL;DR

What you will do

  • Serve as the trusted technical advisor for enterprise accounts in Japan.
  • Manage end-to-end product implementation, onboarding, and platform configuration.
  • Collaborate with internal teams including Product, Engineering, and Sales to drive client success.
  • Scope and perform project management for large-scale customer initiatives.
  • Lead recurring business reviews and handle critical escalation management.
  • Guide customers toward best practices to maximize platform value and adoption.

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a customer-facing technical role such as TAM or Implementation Management.
  • Fluency in both Japanese and English (written and verbal) is required.
  • Strong proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.
  • Experience with project management methodologies such as Agile or Waterfall.
  • Proven ability to manage concurrent complex technical projects.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, global SaaS environment.

Nice to have

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Information Technology.
  • Experience with tools like JIRA, Zendesk, Salesforce, or Rocketlane.
  • Background in MarTech, AdTech, or Digital Analytics.
  • Prior experience with Japanese enterprise clients in sectors like e-commerce or finance.
