What you will do

• Own and lead manual testing of complex features across multiple environments.
• Drive exploratory and regression testing using structured documentation.
• Identify, log, and track issues with precision while analyzing production logs.
• Collaborate with engineering and DevOps teams to optimize CI/CD test coverage.
• Evaluate and integrate AI-powered tools for test generation and log analysis.
• Mentor junior team members and promote a culture of proactive quality ownership.

Requirements

• At least 8 years of professional QA experience.
• Strong verbal and written English communication skills.
• Expertise in manual testing methodologies and the defect lifecycle.
• Proficiency with Jira, Git, Postman, and browser developer tools.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and deployment processes.
• Familiarity with AI-powered testing platforms and methodologies.

Nice to have

• Practical experience with Playwright, Cypress, or Selenium.
• Knowledge of backend technologies, APIs, and PHP.
• Experience in Linux environments and Bash scripting.
• Hands-on experience with AI platforms like ChatGPT, Testim, or Mabl.
