What you will do

• Act as the operational anchor for long-term customer engagements involving specialized technical teams.
• Manage the technical backlog and ensure alignment between delivery teams and customer stakeholders.
• Enforce engagement boundaries to prevent scope creep and staff augmentation requests.
• Provide executive-level reporting on engagement health, timelines, and risk mitigation strategies.
• Facilitate steering discussions to eliminate delivery bottlenecks and ensure project sustainability.
• Resolve organizational and technical blockers to maintain team productivity.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in Technical Project Management or Professional Services within an embedded service model.
• Strong understanding of the Cloud Operating Model, DevOps workflows, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Technical familiarity with HashiCorp products (Terraform, Vault, Consul).
• Proven ability to manage difficult stakeholder conversations and navigate organizational power dynamics.
• Exceptional executive communication skills with a focus on business impact.
• Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree preferred.
