What you will do

• Oversee end-to-end program management including budget ownership and risk mitigation.
• Govern project delivery through Waterfall, Agile, and Hybrid models.
• Manage technical requirements, user stories, and support throughout testing cycles.
• Design and implement end-to-end credit management processes and customer onboarding journeys.
• Ensure integration of credit systems, decision rules, and scoring engines within enterprise architectures.

Requirements

• Location: Must be based in Singapore
• 10+ years of experience in banking, specifically in retail lending and credit cards.
• 5+ years of expertise in retail credit risk management and portfolio monitoring.
• Proven track record in leading large-scale retail credit system implementation programs.
• Proficiency in translating business needs into functional and non-functional requirements.
• Strong delivery discipline and ability to manage multiple concurrent priorities under pressure.

Nice to have

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
• PMP or PRINCE2 certification.
